In this work according to radar-tracking, meteorological and hydrological supervision for 2001-2005 influence of distribution character of storm processes on formation of mud flow phenomena is investigated. It is shown, that conditions of the big bias of district, presence of the loose fragmental material in mud flow centers and losses of plentiful precipitate are necessary, but in many cases insufficient for formation of powerful mud flow. It is established, that formation of mud flows is influenced essentially with character of moving of the storm centers concerning orientation of pool of rivers and directions of their current. The assumption is put forward, that in case of moving the storm center from below upwards on pool, against a watercourse favorable conditions for formation of a stream and its strengthening are created due to avalanche involving a firm material in the general stream in an average (transit) part of a river basin. It is shown, that the account of character of moving of storm clouds concerning orientation of pool and a direction of a watercourse can open new opportunities at radar-tracking forecasting of a mud flow phenomena.
