On basis of a joint solutions of the equations of conservation of momentum and mass for the solid and fluid phases of saturated porous media, the process of non-stationary fluid filtration in dilatation plastic zone around central perfect well is first investigated. The analytical expressions for hydrodynamic characteristics of stratum and pore pressure are obtained, the removal of intensity of broken rock is determined, and the dynamics of development of elastic-plastic boundary depending on the parameters of the problem is studied.
