In clause questions of designing of deep-water releases of sewage are considered and the mathematical model of distribution of a difference of density of sea and waste water in a deep-water torch of sewage is made and are established boundary a condition. Deciding a task in view law of distribution of a difference of density of sea and waste water on an axis of a torch has been found. Expression for vertical components of factor of diffusion is received. The height of rise of a torch is determined in view of density of sea and waste water, a difference of density, the charge of sewage and design data of release. The height of rise of a deep-water torch of sewage is adjusted by the sizes of constructive elements of release. It provides distribution pollution under water without an output on active superficial layers of the sea. The received results have practical value at definition of parameters of deep-water releases of sewage of superficial layers of water used for protection and a coastal zone of the sea from pollution.
