For the first time there has been specified the mechanism of phase transformations in the gas condensate systems in the areas of saturation, critical states and backward processes on the basis of joint physical-thermodynamic links between the components of liquids and gases. At the same time it is established
that in the area of critical state of the gas-condensate mixture the quantity of gas phase required for commencement of backward processes has minimal value.
