The complex method was applied considering various factors of seismo-genesis in defining the seismic hazard with the data of two earthquakes of different isolations (proximity at the distance of 50-60 km with magnitude МL=6,2 and remoteness – 100 km with МL=6,9), having a direct seismic impact on Baku city. There were totally 480 cells sized at 100×100 m², incorporating Baku city. The cell-models of seismic hazard, combining investigated seismo-generated elements and defining seismic shaking in peak ground acceleration and intensity for two events were plotted. The majority of Baku city territory was subject to seismic impact with VII-VIII intensity. At occurrence of local event, more than third of the city is subject to seismic impact with IX intensity, characterized as high seismically-hazardous zone.
