By experimental and theoretical methods in the paper it is defined that the presence of condensate density in the gas-condensate system increases the dew point of the whole system and as a result causes the reservoir exploitation indicators to decrease. Moreover, while reservoir is depleted the density of remaining condensate and retrograde losses increases resulting ultimate recovery of condensate to decrease. It is shown that the presence of large density condensate or component in the system negatively affects to the treatment methods of bottom hole zone
