In paper geological nature of local gravitational maxima, observed in Yevlakh-Aghjabedy depression, and their connection with structure of region are examined. It is specified that in all cases as mesozoic surface uplifts (Upper Cretaceous) gravity increases. Principal reason of Δg maxima appearance over mesozoic uplift is connected with its high superfluous density.  Density of Upper Cretaceous rocks probably should be compared with average density of overlying all complex (till earth surface).
