In paper the review of world experience of supervision over variation of properties of hydrocarbonic fluids on long developed fields is given. Results of own analysis of data on Gala field in Absheron petroleum bearing region of Azerbaijan, as well as variation of composition and features of gas and condensate on рVТ apparatus during differential pressure decrease are also given. As a result of generalization and the analysis of all this information the conclusion concerning character of variation of properties of the hydrocarbon fluids during development of oil, gascondensate and gas fields is done.
