The article deals with the conditions of formation of some exploited gold-bearing conglomerates, as well provides an overview of the Precambrian volcanic and plutonic primary deposits of gold in the Arabian-Nubian shield in southern Sinai. Provided a number of different age phases formation of gold ore formation in the Arabian-Nubian shield in Sinai, separated by a considerable period of time and associated with various intrusive and volcanic igneous formations. In this case, it is noted that during the Pan-African mountain building in infracambrian, then during the epi-platformal mountain building in the Lower Cretaceous, in the middle Eocene and Pliocene in the intensive destruction of primary gold deposits of different ages Arabian-Nubian shield and the formation of polychronous of Precambrian volcanic and Phanerozoic terrigenous-clastic gold-bearing conglomerates in the South Sinai in Egypt.
