In given article, on the basis of rheotechnology, authors result some scientific -practically aspects and possibility of application of heterogeneous systems for increase of efficiency of technological processes of oil production. The short analysis of data on principal causes of formation anomalius water-oil emulsions in a layer and technological pipelines is carried out. Prospects of increase of efficiency of technological processes of oil production from a position energo – and resource economy on the basis of creation of rheotechnological methods, based on use rheophysical properties of applied heterogeneous systems are shown. On the basis of existing effects regulation possibilities rheotechnological methods are reflected.
