In the article are studied physical and mechanical characteristics (petrophysical characteristics and Poisson Ration), geological sections alteration patterns of the sedimentary rocks determined by technological data while drilling. Data obtained based on geological and technological researches from the wells drilled in different parts of Guneshly field were analyzed by implementing corresponding program. This allowed to identify series rock characteristics like porosity, permeability, Poisson’s Ration, hardness and etc.
