Ore-magmatic system of Caucasus is the derivate of the complex combination of the tectonic-magmatic and fluidhydrothermal processes with regular rejuvenation of manifestations from the north structures up to the south on the background of development of Paleothetys (PT) oceanic basin and Mesotethys (MT) oceanic bay. Genesis of Mesozoic and Cenozoic magmatic and ore complexes correlates with conception of existence of the structural zones of allochthonous ultrabasite plates (Early Palaeozoic and Mesozoic) in structure of the Earth crust which obducted in the process of the closing of the oceanic PT and MT basins on the folded basement and overthrusted by volcanogenic complexes. Concentration of the ore matter is connected with mobilization of sialificated fluids both from allochthonous ultrabasite plate and from crust of basement. Main factors of metallogenic specialization of Caucasus are arising tectonic stresses and sialification of ore-bearing components.
