In paper regularities and nature of the change of the hydrochemical composition of waters of deep-buried Eocene and Cretaceous deposits in Middle Kura depression in space and on section are considered. The inversion nature in change of water mineralization with depth has been established in sedimentary complexes, both Eocene and Cretaceous. In all studied fields (excluding areas, presented by volcanogenic rocks), starting from approximately 4-4,3 km depths, reduction of waters mineralization is noted that related with processes of the clays dehydration or income of the condensate waters from below. Volcanogenic rocks of the Cretaceous age contain high mineralized and high temperature waters of the chlorine calcium type, which much more likely entered by deep faults from below.
