By the example of 5 relative big technological samples and pebble rocks of two Oligocene ore mineralization conglomerates of the Nakhchyvan AR, is detailed reviewed the compositional petrology and technological characteristics of this mineral, which is characterized (including pebble) as intensively oxidized gold bearing copper ore. Wide range (8 types) of mainly hypergene minerals, and some native copper (4-5 relative %) have been defined by mineralogical study. By special phase analysis is defined, that more than 50% of copper complex are characterized as mineral forms, not recoverable by flotation. Also more than 95% of copper is represented by hydrometallurgically easy solved (in diluted solution of sulphuric acid). Gold by its small content (0,2-0,4 g/t) is represented in form of small nuggets, which could be easily recovered by gravitation.

Considering the compositional petrology and defined technological characteristics, most efficient and principal flow sheets are worked out and tested for recovery of valuable components from this row material. For more detailed evaluation of gold mineralization of studied conglomerate sediments the appropriate geological exploration works are recommended.
