In paper defection methods of petrophysical parameters (porosity, permeability, sand/clay content) of the reservoir rocks, forecasting anomalous-high pore pressures and oil-gas deposit contents, as well as results of its testing on example well studied oil structures in the South-Caspian depression (SCD) using seismic data are considered in detail. It is shown its high efficiency and possibility of the using at study of the perspective structures in deep-water part of SCD. First results of the study such perspective structures, as Yalama-Samur, Absheron, Umid and Zafar-Mashal with the use of the developed methods are given
