In article the results of measurements of speed of currents and circulation on Caspian sea are represented. These measurements for the first time were spent by means of currents drifters. New data about schemes of circulation of the sea are obtained.
In the second part of article the analysis of fluctuations of a sea level is carry out, compared the data of a sea level received by means of satellite altimetry and stations of meteorological observations and their compatibility proves to be true.
In coastal zone of Absheron port the bottom station for measurement of temperature, electroconductivity and pressure of the sea is established. By means of measurements pressure the sea level is defined. Obtained data are exposed to the statistical and spectral analysis.
