Revealing and research of ecoethical parties of environmental problems and searches of their decision ways has important scientific-theoretical and practical value. Envi-ronment preservation along with observance of ecological laws as far as reasonable and rational use of natural resources are one of the major problems of modern mankind, including our country. Ecoethical relation to environmental problems was generated as a result of infringement of mutual relations in person-nature system. The “Ecoethical problems of Azerbaijan” concept is aimed at the decision of this problems. The ways of their decision are grouped in various blocks.
