For the first time the regularities of changing of the mass, diameter and particles subsidence velocity in time were found by analytical and experimental researches of drilling cuttings particles subsidence in aqueous medium. It was determined that the mass and diameter of drilling waste particles is exponentially reduced in time during their settling, approximated to the established value for this medium, which is constant during the further increase of observation period. The calculation scheme of particles subsidence velocity of the drilling waste was developed.
