The article deals with Dalidag pluton problem especially its marginal facies and northern exocontact band have potential possibility for revealing of industrial accumulations of copper, molybdenum, gold, silver and other elements.

In this case exclusive importance has band stretched along Terter deep fault with series of ore-bearing fractures of the north-east strike.

It has been determined that definite selectivity giving important search criteria is observing within Dalidag ore area in distribution of ore mineralization in time and in space. Polymetallic-copper and partially silver mineralization is connected mainly spatially and in time with scanned Campanian limestones of lower structural stage. The copper-molybdenic, gold-silver and tungsten mineralizations are characterized for deposits of upper structural stage represented mainly by intrusive formations and also sedimentary, volcanogenic-sedimentary, metamorphized rocks of Paleogene-Neogene. Molybdenic and partly copper, gold-silver and lead-zinc mineralization is determined properly for Dalidag pluton.
