Three groups of complex anomalies have been defined on studied territory, they arise as a result of environment contamination by polluting ingredients of ore origin (PIOO): intensive, local and largescale (relatively weak). Intensively polluted anomalies cover ore fields and knots formed around them (Jikhikh-Katsmala, Katsdag-Filizchai and Katekh anomalies). In surface waters in Jikhikh-Katsmala complex anomaly Cu, Ag and Zn are elements of anomalous content relatively to hydrogeochemical background. In soils in Katsmala area value of the amount of contamination is 10 and more. In soils of Katsdag-Filizchai anomalies amount of Zn is more than clark 2,48 times, Pb – 10,6 times, Cu – 7,4 times, Co – 4,2 times. More than permissible concentrations (PC) of Pb, Cu and Ag have been recorded in heavily contaminated soils in the Katsdag field. In the Katekh anomaly soils and underground waters are contaminated by Pb, Cu, Ag, Mo. However, total extent of environmental contamination in the region is lower than PC. This enables to consider existing ecological conditions satisfactory on the whole.
