In this article, the calculation of ultimate available high flow of rare frequency is provided on the basis of sharing both perennial data of hydrological researches and flood frequency sludge under the example of the river basin Ganykh, where the high flow per a year is formed due to the rainfall. It was described that a similar approach is quite effective in the calculation of pluvial high flow of mountain rivers.
