The study of the influence of landscape and ecogeochemical conditions on environment and state of mans health is of a great scientific-theoretical and practical interest. The correlative connection between the concentration of a number of chemical elements with certain human diseases was determined for the first time as a result of long-term researches and on the basis of results of these studies a medical and ecogeochemical landscape map was compiled. The most characteristic diseases and level of their distribution connected with anomalous concentrations of microelements in different landscape belts met in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic are attracted in this map.
