There are results of seismoacoustic profiling, drilling, geochemical analysis of bottom sediments and water conducted in Azeri and Inam fields in this article. The impact of some geological processes, such as mud volcanism, landslides, hydrocarbons accumulation and other on physical-mechanical properties of mountain rocks has been studied. Very split sediments are probably subjected to landslide process; they form the upper part of section and are mainly developed within southwest slopes of structures. Minimal incline of seabed where landslides occur is 2-2,5º; more frequently landslides occur in highdisperse clays beds.
