Rural economy takes an important place in economic structure, in maintenance of the population with workplaces. After carrying out of agrarian reforms in territorial and branch structure of an agriculture there were serious changes. For this period manufacture of a cotton, a grapes, tobacco, tea and a silkworm which took a special place in manufacture of agricultural products earlier has some times decreased. Together it areas under crops and gathering grain, a vegetable and fruit of cultures and a potato which satisfy only internal needs of the population have increased.
Therefore in maintenance with raw material of the processing enterprises, the republics located in various regions are serious problems. The majority of these enterprises also these processes today do not work create problems in social and economic development of settlements, increase of a standard of life of the population.
