³He forms by 108 times less than 4He in the Earth Crust. The main ³He supplier is mantle, which preserves the primary helium. That’s why ³He/4He demon strates the availability of magmatic focuses and fluidsupply zones in gases. Mineral springs of Nakhchyvan, Kelbajar and Talysh are such zones in Azerbaijan.

On the base of ³He/4He data one can identify the gases of different springs in some regions using the mathematical statistics methods.

On the base of “two-choice criteria t” calculations gases of studied regions have been identified and regions where fluids can be considered as similar and unsimilar on ³He/4He have been defined.

As a result of correlation analysis between thermal flow and ³He/4He a positive connection is determined. Among studied regions where six have thermal flow five regions with positive correlation connection between ³He/4He and thermal flow.
