The Evolution of the Earth within the non-classical linearized approach (NLA) is studied as a change sequence of unsteady states of equilibrium showed as a disturbances (anomalies) of background continuous development. The disturbed states characterise the formation of structural elements of different scale and arise in certain critical relations between geometrical, different (of arbitrary nature) forced and deformed parameters of background state. Structural elements of interior structure of the Earth, correspond to fundamental characteristics of deformed system; the presence revealed earlier by geological-geophysical methods of vertical and the following from NLA lateral structure of fractured type is based theoretically and is shown that they arise as the necessary stages of law development of the Earth; are offered new mechanisms of formation of these and analogous tectonic structures.
