Relationship between metallogeny and magmatic complexes of Sevan-Akeri zone is studied. Ore formations of zone – chromite, mercury, polymetallic and gold-ore on matter composition and geological-structural peculiarities define different connections with containing complexes: chromite-in composition of allochthonous plate; mercury-spatially is combined with all complexes; polymetallic – in hydrothermal – changed zones and gold-ore – paragenetically is connected with granitoid magmatism. There are examples of one-ore two level forms of ore formations manifestations.
For the first time essential role of allochthonous «ophiolitic» plate has been defined in formation process of gold-ore formation. It is noteworthy that copper-pyrite-polymetallic manifestations refer to the whole regional ore-magmatic system in Lok-Gafan zone.
