The main purpose of this article is studying and the analysis of a modern condition of moving in Azerbaijan. The factors that influence upon the transformation of system of moving and the tendency in development of system of moving are considered. In article the economic and social changes occurring in Azerbaijan and their influence on system of moving are analysed. The detailed analysis of integrated and other potentials of development is given.
